What we collect on this site

If you join the waitlist, we store the work email you submit, on your device in local storage for confirmation, and — when a production backend is connected — on our servers to reply to you. We do not sell this information. Server logs from our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may include IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and reliability.

Product data

When you use VoiceKitt, voice commands may be processed to transcribe speech, interpret intent, and write or read records in connected business software (for example CRM, mail, or calendar). We process this data to provide the service you request. Customer content remains subject to your organization’s agreements with those systems.

Legal bases

Where GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure website, on contract when you use the product, and on consent when you submit a waitlist email or enable optional cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Retention and rights

Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or the list is closed. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority such as the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

Transfers and processors

We use infrastructure providers to host this static site. If processors are located outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy.
